Text Box: Home Text Box: Members of the TLC staff are trained, experienced professionals. They are required to attend classes covering First Aid, Communicable Disease, and recognition of Child Abuse and Neglect. Most of our staff have earned degrees in or are working towards certification in Education related fields. All other teachers meet the Ohio requirement for child care education. Our teachers plan their own lessons and activities based on developmentally appropriate standards. They strive to give each child the individual attention he or she deserves and to foster social, emotional, physical and mental development. The Center Director and Curriculum Director are on-site and maintain a full time schedule. They are both very involved in the day to day functions of the center and the classrooms and are very eager to talk with parents and children on a day to day basis.
